Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 25. An announcement that the Address-in-Reply in the Legislative Council would be moved by the Hon W. Perry (Wellington) and seconded by the Hon F. Waite (Balclutha) was made to-day by the leader of the Legislative Council (the Hon R. Masters).
