Science Says Zara Agha is 120 Years Old. ISTANBUL. June 16. Zara Agha, who claims to be 160 years old and therefore the oldest man in the world, has been examined by medical specialists, who declared that X-ray photographs of his bones showed that his age must be about 120. Zara, however, persists that he was born thirty years before the Battle of Trafalgar. Dr Voronoff offered recently to treat Zara with monkey glands, but the venerable Turk refused with storn.
