Special Police Force to Be Formed. VIENNA. June 16. In view of the numerous acts of terrorism throughout the country, the Cabinet has decided to restore the death sentence for ordinary offences, and to establish throughout Austria a voluntary force of constabulary, called the Ortswehr.
