The Little Entente is taking steps to recognise Russia. The Czechoslavakian Foreign Ministry published letters exchanged between M. Litvinoff and Dr Penes establishing normal relations and arranging for the reappointment of Ministers Plenipotentiary. Rumania has exchanged similar letters and Jugoslavia will make a final decision after her Foreign Minister’s return from Paris.
