After a quiet beginning this morning the Auckland Stock Exchange became busy at noon, and a good list of sales was put through, with Bank of New Zealands leading the marke tfor front rank investments. Quotations reflected an improvement with buyers still in ft 51s 3d and sellers at 51s 6d. Values in the loan and agency and miscellaneous sections generally were reinstated at the level for last week.
