SHIELDS PRESENTED.

Trophies won by the Upper Riccarton Domain Cricket Club’s junior and third grad.- teams were presented at the combine.l snorts clubs’ dance in the Iticcartcn racecourse tea rooms. Mr J. K. Fleming, the president, welcomed Mr I'. King, chairman of the City and Suburban .Ticket Association, and congratulated Hu. winners of the shields on their performances. Mr R King, in presenting Messrs J. Xewnham and W. Wright with the shields, praised the progress of the teams.. Reference was made by Mr J. Xewnham to the work of the late Mr K. A. King, an active member, who died recently.
