REMAND GRANTED.

Breaking and Entering Charges. A further remand was granted this morning in the case in which three young men are charged with breaking and entering the home of . Jack Eginton Mason, 141, Holly Road, on May 18, and committing theft. The accused were Charles Mitchell Newman, twenty-three years of age, a, labourer, of Collingwood Street; Charles Frederick Harvey, alias Jack Hunter, labourer, twenty-two years of age, of Collingwood Street: and William Clarence Carroll, a labourer, twenty-two years of age, of Waltham Road. A remand was granted until May 29, the Chief-Detective stating that accused wished to engage counsel.
