N.Z. LABOUR PARTY.

North Island Tour By The National President.

The National President of the New Zealand Labour Party, Mr 11. T. Armstrong, M.P., will leave Christchurch this evening for the North Island, where he will commence a tour at Feilding on May 9. Mr Armstrong will address twenty meetings in northern towns, and his tour will not be completed until May 29. Towns to be visited are Feilding, Taihape, Ohakune, Waimaiha, Matamata, Putaruru, Arapuni, Mamuka, Rotorua, Whakatane, Edgecombe, Tauranga, Thames, Paeroa, Te Aroha and Iluntly.

Last Thursday Mr Armstrong addressed a meeting at Tinwald where he was accorded a good hearing.
