Trainer, Rider and Horse Involved. IMPROPER PRACTICES. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 27, 12.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, April 27. D. Price, trainer, S. Tomison, rider, and the gelding Dandalla were disqualified for two years by the stewards at Woodend. The stewards alleged that Price and Tomison were guilty of improper practices in the running of Dandalla in the Novice Handicap.
