A Bad Start.

An unfortunate start to their honeymoon was the experience of a Wellington couple who met with an accident while motoring over the Parapara Road on Saturday, reports the Wanganui ” Herald.” It appears that in passing another vehicle their car fell down a bank, due to the outer formation of the road giving way. Although the car fell some 100 ft its occupants escaped without serious injury. They were brought to Wanganui by ambulance, and are at present inmates of the Public Hospital.
