Big Job for Melbourne Girl. LONDON, April 13. Miss Bettv Dyson, 21, daughter of the former Melbourne cartoonist, Will Dyson, has been commissioned, with the assistance of Edgar Ritchard, a brother of Cyril Ritchard, the actor, to design all of the 4000 costumes for the Pageant of Parliament at the Albert Hall in June. Miss Dyson is an experienced designer of theatrical and period costumes.
