HELPING UNEMPLOYED.

New Concession Tram Tickets Are Popular. Concession tram tickets for relief workers, which will provide transport from the worker’s home to the nearest poiqt to the job reached by the tramway system are now being issued and are being eagerjy taken up by the men. The tickets cost only threepence and, in most cases, represent a marked reduction on the fare that would ordinarily be necessary. They really constitute a contribution by the Tramway Board to the relief funds. This morning there was a big attendance of unemployed at the St Asaph Street depot to secure the tickets.
