English Cricketer Attacks Bodyline. MUST COME TO AN END. United Press Assn—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. (Received April 14, 2.35 p.m.) LONDON, April 13. Mr 11. K. Foster, ex-captain of Worcestershire, speaking at a dinner of the Gloucestershire Club said; Bodyline is not cricket, it is sheer murder. It does not give cricketers a fair chance, as Hammond knows better than I do. It is impossible to bat with a fellow bowling at the leg at a terrific pace. We want this trouble with Australia and bodyline bowling to come to an end.” ' Referring to the Press and the coming Tests Mr Foster said: “For some years the Press has been the worst enemy of cricket in this country.” The Press was out for nothing but sensationalism, he said: anything which it was believed would sell papers. They would have to expect this attitude in the coming Tests. He did not Suppose it would be of much vise to appeal to the newspapers to forbear from sensationalism, which spoiled cricket. Mr P. J.
