ST MARTINS LIBRARY.

At the monthly meeting: of the St Martins Public Library Committee Mr J. E. Jones presided. During: the month there were twenty-one new subscribers and thirty-eight renewals. The bank balance was £64 39s lid, less accounts for payment, £2O 14s 7d, leaving a credit balance of £44 5s 4d. It was reported that the total number of subscribers to date was 27.1. The sum of £2O was allocated for the purchase of books for the month. Messrs J. E. Jones and D. W. Bartram were appointed as delegates to the City and Suburban Libraries* Association.
