NOTED FORGER DEAD.
His Arms Amputated by Order of Court.
MEXICO CITY, April 6. Jesus Nino, Mexico’s cleverest forger of this generation, has been accidentally shot dead. He exhibited such superlative skill in his criminal career that an exasperated court ordered the amputation of both his arms. This stopped his amazing counterfeiting, but he learned to write holding a pen in his teeth. Nino wrote “ Obregon’s Place in History,” which became a best-seller and he died a wealthy man.
