APPEAL FAILS.

Insull Placed on Ship Bound for U.S. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 13, 12.30 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, April 12. The Court refused Samuel Insull’s appeal against his extradition, and Insull, escorted by police, boarded the Adana for Smyrna, from where he will sail to America. Insull, after successfully evading arrest for over a year, sailed from Greece for the Black Sea, presumably for Bulgaria. For an unexplained reason the vessel he was travelling on put into port at Constantinople, and the Turkish police, working in co-oper-ation with the American authorities, who want Insull on charges of fraud, arrested him. At the subsequent Court hearing it was decided that Insull should be extradited. This decision he appeal against, but without avail.
