RADIO CRAZY.

Man Who Killed Wrong Person. PARIS, March 26. A timid little man who is being tried for murdering a concierge, suffered agonies from the next door wireless. He could not sleep and could not work until by 11 p.m., driven wild, he rushed downstairs and told the concierge to stop the wireless. The concierge object to the sudden intrusion, sc the tenant shot him with a revolver.

Had he shot the owner of the wireless set, instead of the innocent concierge, acquittal would have been almost certain. His chances are now less good, though there is no doubt that the jury will consider the extenuating circumstances.
