Terrorising Country After Stealing Rifles. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph-Copyright. CALCUTTA, April 6. Eleven notorious brigands, awaiting trial for a village hold-up in the Bhagalpur State, made a daring escape from the gaol at Bhagalnagar yesterday, and at present are terrorising the countryside. They then looted the police armoury of eleven guns and hundreds of rounds of ammunition and fled into the jungle.
