United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. SYDNEY, April 5. The High Court granted the application cf Mr J. T. Lang for leave to appeal against the judgment in the Willis case given by the Full Court. On March 15 the Full Court, by a majority, granted the application of A. C. Willis for a new trial for his action for alleged defamation against the former Premier, J. T. Lang, which was heard last September, when a jury returned a verdict in favour of Lang, against whom £20,000 was claimed.
