BUTTER EXPORT POLICY OF AUSTRALIA. Mr Bruce to Visit N.Z. WILL DISCUSS DAIRY PRODUCE ISSUE WITH MR FORBES. United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. (Received April 6, 11.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 6. The “ Sydney Morning Herald ” says that although last year, when proposals were made for the limitation of butter exports from Australia to the United Kingdom, the Australian Dairy Produce Control Board opposed the plan, it is expected that this policy shortly will be reversed. Mr Bruce conferred with representatives of the dairy industry and it was considered certain that any action decided upon by Australia would be in conjunction with New Zealand. Mr Bruce will visit New Zealand on his return journey from London and confer with Mr Forbes on this and other subjects.
