A question as to the visibility of the new safetv zone in Oxford Terrace near the Bridge of Remembrance in case of a fog was raised at a meeting of the United Burgesses' Association last evening. A member suggested that lights be placed on it. in addition to the present reflectors. It was stated bv another member that both lights and reflectors were useless in the event of a serious fog.
