WESTPORT MEETING.
T. R. George Taking a Strong Team. (Special to the “ Star.”) WESTPORT, March 21. Acceptances for the Jockey Club’s races are very satisfactory. T. R. George is due to arrive on Thursday with eight horses from Blenheim, and will also bring Lackston. It is reported that K. Voitre will be riding his horses. Rhea arrived yesterday in charge of J. Richmond. Caretaker J. Bradley has the lawn, paddocks and gardens all in good order and everything points to a successful meeting. A Press Association message from London, dated March 20, announces the scratching of Coolinolagh for the Grand National Steeplechase, to be run at Aintree on Friday.
