Play is Resumed This Afternoon. Play was resumed to-day in the Christchurch Bowling Centre’s champion of champions’ pairs competition, games being on the Beckenham green. The first and second rounds were played last Saturday, and to-day’s results were: Tliird round—Martin (Sumner) 25, Gillespie (Beckenham) 20; Rev E. Bandy (Papanui) 21, Henry (Edgeware) 20; Callaghan (Sunnyside) 21, Hayman (Elmwood) 16; Wilson (Linwood) 25, Thomson (Riccarton) 20.
