n ■--- To-day’s Recipe .

1 cup mashed potatoes. ! cup flOur. Hi teaspoon baking powder. 1 egg. Salt' and pepper. Sausage or meat. Method: Sift the flour, salt and baking powder and beat into the mashed potato and beaten egg. Season and roll out on a floured board. Cut in squares. Place a little sausage or minced meat on each. Damp the edges, fold over, and .fry in hot bacon fat or brush with egg and k bake in a quick oven.
