Representative Team Selected. The Canterbury girls* representative team selected to travel to Wanganui on February 19 was announced after the Possibles v. Probables trial at Malvern Park on Saturday by the selectors, Misses A. Scott, E. L. Harris and R. Grant, as follows:—Misses R. Symons (captain), B. Te Rangi (vice-captain), J. Webster, D. Preece, M. Preeoe, V. Belworthy. M. Kennerle.v. E. Jones. M. Marks, E. Hooper, P. Taylor and E. Barland. Results: Seniors. Probables 73 drew with Possibles 63 for ten wickets. Junior. Harewood 59 for five wickets, de~ Heart 11 (E. Trotter three for 4). 14 retired; B. Kennedy three for 12) beat Ballantynes 34 (J. Algie 16: H. Boakes five for 9, O. Hay ton three for 11). Mai Jloa 57 (L. Newell 19. J. Hughes 10; S. Rich six for 15) beat Sacred Hvart 11 (E. Trotter three for 4). Tohe A 74 (B. Smith 43, K. Anderson 10; H. Massey five for ID. E. Wilson three for 28) beat M’Kenzie’s 57 (L, Morgan 33: B. Smith three for 13. P. Rickerbv two for 12). Technical beat Tohe B by default.
