For being found on the licensed premises of the White Swan Hotel after hours on January 13, Harry Bell, Oliver George Thompson and Jack Robbins were each fined 20s and costs by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court this morning. The police stated that defendants were the last of a batch who had been caught in the hotel last week. On a similar charge in respect of the Zetland Hotel Wilfred John Foster was fined COs and costs.
