SHIPS EXCHANGED.

Australian and Royal Navies. United Tress Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received January 17, 12.35 p.m.) MELBOURNE. January 17. It is officially announced that the Commonwealth Government proposes to re-introduce the system of exchanging ships of the Royal Australian Navy with ships of the Royal Navy. The re-introduction of this system will coincide with Prince George’s visit. It is almost certain that he will come to Australia in a British cruiser and return in an Australian cruiser.
