Two days were devoted to business, mostly of a domestic nature. A Dominion constitution, designed to secure freedom of action for New Zealand, with the Closest possible relation and cooperation with Internationa] Headquarters was discussed and approved. Earle (Auckland). vice-presidents. Miss M.
