New Elevators Erected to Cope With Supplies. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 28, 11.45 a.m.) MOSCOW, December 27. j The Soviet’s grain deliveries have j bow been completed and it is found j ;bat they aggregate 21 per cent in excess of last year’s deliveries. This increase has necessitated the construction of new elevators. This is the first time that all the grain has been wrought in before it was due. Collective State farms contributed 00 per rent of the total output, compared | rith 75 per cent in 1931.
