Why Shift the Station?

Dear Sir,—Well, I don’t think it was a very clever thing to shift 3YA station over to the bays, and cut out all the crystal sets. Any amount of people can only run a crystal set. Myself it looks as if it is only playing into the hands of the radio dealers. Whv not put the station on the same wavelength as it was before so as everyone can hear. In the case of a crystal set perhaps the family have clubbed together to pay the license (30s), and now are cut off altogether and have only had eight and a half months* entertainment from it. Hoping they will put it back to the old wave-length and let everyone hear, especially those who can’t afford a valve set.—l am, etc., CRYSTAL.
