Reply by Ireland to Great Britain. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copy righ t. (Received December 26, 12.15 p.m.) DUBLIN, December 25. As a reprisal to the British limitation on the imports of cattle, the Government has prohibited the export of cattle to Great Britain without license, apart from one or two minor classes. It has also announced that it is establishing a consultative council of prominent cattle dealers to work in conduction with Mr De Valera’s represntatives who are visiting Berlin seeking alternative export markets.
