M. Paul-Boncour States France’s Policy. WILL NOT AGREE TO CHANGE. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 9, 12.30 p.m.) PARIS. December 8. M. Paul-Boncour categorically informed the Chamber of Deputies that the League will remain th?! basis of France’s policy. “ We shall not allow a breach therein and shall oppose any attempt to create a hegemony within the League,” he said. “ All our ententes and pacts are indissolubly bound up with the League mechanism.”
