The Town Planning Committee reported to the meeting of the City Council last evening that it had made an alteration in the wording of clause 16 of the Town Planning Scheme, giving the council power to consent to the use of any land or building in a manner or for a purpose not authorised by the scheme A definition of the term “ monopolv value ” had been prepared and incorporated in the scheme.
