United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. MOSCOW, December 2. A change of wind, it is reported, saved the lives of ninetv-two Russians, including several women, the crew and passengers of the Soviet icebreaker Cheluskin. which for over a month has been trapped in icepacks in the north west part of Behring Straits. Those rescued include a party of scientists who spent the winter on Wrangel Tsland. The ship took off the party by means of a small aeroplane and then became trapped in the ice as she was homeward bound.
