The Madrid correspondent of the “ News-Chronicle ” says that the Socialist newspaper “El Socialists ” alleges that the officers of the Saragossa garrison are arranging a military march on Madrid in support of a Conservative Government under Senior Lerroux. The paper adds: " Rather than follow the example of Italy and Germany, the Spanish workers will follow Russia.”’
