LIKELY TO WIN.
Mr de Valera in Northern Ireland Elections. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 29, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, November 28. Lord Craigavon is assured of a substantial majority in the northern Irish eleettons, in which the chief interest is centred on the Republicans’ onslaught on the four Nationalist seats. It is assumed that Mr de Valera will win the South Down seat, but will follow the old line of abstention. However, should he take the oath and attend, he will find the rules so circumscribed that he will not have an opportunity of raising constitutional issues.
