United Press Ason.—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. LONDON, November 27. The Moscow correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that a chromium-plated statue of Lenin, bigger than New York’s statue of Liberty, will soon dominate Moscow from the site of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, which was dynamited in 1931 and is now the gigantic palace of the Soviets.
