SPANISH PROPOSAL.
Right Wing Parties Make Offer. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 27. The Madrid correspondent of the “ Daily Herald ” says that the Right Wing parties have offered to co-operate with Senor Lerr'oux, leader of the Centre, with a view to forming a Cabinet, on the following conditions: (1) The signing of a concordat with the Vatican, which will give the Church back its lost privileges. (2) A general amnesty to all politicals. (3) Revocation of all labour legislation, the return of land confiscated from anti-Republican rebels, and revision of the agrarian laws which took land from absentee proprietors.
