The Victorian tennis championships were continued to-day. Results:— Men’s Doubles. Semi-finals. G. P. Hughes and H. G. N. Lee (England) beat A. Quist and D. P. Turnbull (Australia), 9-7, 5-7, 6-1, 3-6, 6-4. Men's Singles. Semi-finals. J. B. Crawford (Australia) beat 11. G. N. Lee (England), 6-2, 7-5, 6-4. F. J. Perry (England) beat H. C. Hopman (Australia), 6-2, 6-2, 6-3. Women’s Singles. Semi-final. Miss Joan Hartigan beat Miss Weston. 6-3. 6-4. Men’i Doubles. Semi-final. Crawford and Hopman (Australia) beat F. J. Perry and F. H. D. Wilde (England). 2-6, 6-3, 7-5, 4-6, 7-5. Crawford and Perry will meet in the final to-day. Crawford’s superlative courtcraft, skilful technique, and backhand shots were never seen to better advantage than against Lee yesterday.
