LATE MRS E. HANNAY.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 10. Mrs Elizabeth Hannay, widow of Mr William M. Hannay, who was formerly New Zealand Government Railway Commissioner and afterwards secretary and general manager of the Welling-ton-Manawatu Railway, died, to-day, aged eighty-six.
