MR COATES TO SPEAK.
Will Take Part in Election Campaign. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. August 29. The Minister of Lands (the Hon E. A. Ransom), who is senior United Minister in the absence of the Prime Minister, will leave for Lyttelton to-morrow night to take part in the by-election campaign. Mr Coates will speak during the last week of the contest.
