The Cuban Cabinet on Thursday decided to dissolve Congress immediately and return to the 1901 Constitution, thereby throwing out all officers elected by virtue of the 1928 Constitutional reforms. Mr Charles H. Knight arrived in Wellington from Sydney this \\'eek to make arrangements for the opening of Dante’s New Zealand tour, which definitely commences in Wellington on September 6. The success of the Australian tour of the Avorld-famed magician and illusionist, Avas so phenomenal, that the Dominion visit had to be postponed several times, but dates have now been fixed for a comprehensive itinerary.
