Results of Classes at Ashburton. (Special to the “Star.”) ASHBUURTON. August 24. The Ashburton competitions were continued this morning, when results Piano solo, fifteen and under seventeen, own selection (9) —Recalled: Moira Gibson (Christchurch) and Joan Boniface (Christchurch). Sacred song-, women, own selection (18) —Recalled: Miss Myrtle Wraight (Punsandel) and Miss Barbara M’lnnes (Timaru). Recitation test, girls or boys under twelve years, Ashburton County only (7)—Recalled: Itae Ede and Noelene Parsons. Highland Fling, under fourteen years (17) Recalled: Bernie Minogue (Spreydon). Hazel Neill (Riccarton) and Billie Addis (Christchureh). Recital With Musical Accompaniment, under sixteen years, not humorous (9) Recalled: Joy Duckworth (Christchurch), Joan Gracie (Christchurch).
