First Prize Goes to Otago Resident. Per Pres 3 Association. AUCKLAND, August 1. Fourteen hundred prizes in the art union conducted by the New Zealand Institute for the Blind were drawn today. The first prize was won by L. S. James, of Stirling. Otago.
