Empire Delegates Confirm Principle . LONDON, July 29. r £HE EMPIRE DELEGATIONS now in England issued a declaration on Thursday stressing the need for co-operation in monetary matters. It was announced that the delegations had agreed to recommend their Governments to consult one another from time .to time on monetary and economic policies with a view to establishing the common purpose and reaffirming such measures as might conduce towards the achievement of that purpose.
