Per Press Association. WAIROA, July 8. Tn the Magistrate’s Court yesterday Albert Edward Ilabgood was charged that, with intent to defraud, he attempted to obtain front the Royal Insurance Company £l5O bv representing that his motor truck was accidentally burned. lie was further charged with making a false declaration. which would have amounted to * perjury if made on oath. After a lengthy hearing the accused was committed for trial at the next sitting of the Supreme Court at Napier.
