Police Inspector Killed in Canada. HIT BY ROCK DURING FIGHT. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 10, 11.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, May 9. A Saskatoon message states that twenty-five unemployed were charged with rioting following the death of a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer, Inspector L. J, Sampson, who was hit by a rock and was dragged by his bolting horse, when 50 men refused to leave camp for work itr Regina. There was a pitched battle., when the ejected men stormed the dining hall.
