The Dublin correspondent of the “ Daily Mail ” says that, following the British embargo cn Russian oils, the | steamer Longwood arrived at Cork with 3.000,000 gallons of petrol. Inaugurating a vigorous campaign in the Free State market, the Russians have j erected gigantic storage tanks at Cork J and Dublin.
