“EMMA” AT SYDENHAM
.The ever-popular Marie Dressier takes the leading role in “ Emma," a picture worthy of her ability, which will be screened at the King s Theatre Talki-es, Sydenham. to-night, and to-morrow night. Marie Dressier plays the part of an old family servant who is a second mother to a family of motherless children, besides mothering their father. The supporting programme will include a travelogue, " Ireland, the Melody Isle,” in which John M’Cormack sings four songs, a Zasu Pitts-Thelma Todd comedy, a Cliff Edwards comedy and Metro'one News.
