U.S.A. Not to Pay in Gold Overseas. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 4, 9.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 3. There are to be no exports of go*»3 from the United States for the payments of interest on Liberty and Government bonds held abroad. The Administration has taken up the attitude that bonds held abroad should be treated in the same manner as those in the hands of persons in the United States. There are to be no payments of interest in gold on Liberty bonds in this country.
